Do we offer gift cards?

Can I have a gift receipt?
We do not offer gift receipts, however if you are purchasing for someone and you want to give them the option to return it then please use the returns form included within your parcel as the gift reciept. Returns are free from the UK. There will be no prices included on the returns form. Please note we do not offer exchanges so any order that is returned to us will be refunded via the original payment method.

Can I change or amend my order?
No, unfortunately you are unable to change or amend your order. If you have purchased the incorrect item, size or included the wrong address we would suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. The cancelled order will be refunded to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after placing, this can be completed Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays. We are unable to cancel an order over the weekend or after 5pm Monday-Friday To cancel your order please contact us on 0800 1699755 within one hour of placing to ensure we cancel it before it's dispached. If your order cannot be cancelled please don't worry, you can return the item and be offered a full redund.

Can I change my order placed?
We cannot amend sizes or styles on any orders, please ensure you have selected the right size before placing your order. We cannot amend addresses whilst the order is in transit and we will only send your order to the delivery address you have inputted, we cannot take responsibility if this has been inputted incorrectly. If you do need to amend your address please contact us and we will do our best to change it before it is dispatched. If you order the wrong size please reorder again and send the original order back to us for a full refund via the freepost address label included within your original order.

My order was faulty
We are very disappointed on the rare occasion that one of our customers has recieved a faulty item. Please send a photo of the item's fault including your order number to customerservice@cyberjammies.co.uk or call us on 0800 1699755. In the event that an item is faulty we will always rectify this.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size please send the original item back to us for a full refund and then place a new order for the item in the size you require.

Returns

How do I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your Cyberjammies purchase, you have 28 days from the day you recieve it to return it to us, using the freepost returns form included within your order. Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage when returning your order at the Post Office. If a proof of postage is not obtained and your return is lost then we cannot process your refund.

How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to get back to us. You will be informed once your refund has been processed. Please note that a refund can take up to 2 working days to appear into your account.

How do I know my refund is being processed?
Your freepost return will not provide tracking for your return, however if you have not recieved a refund within 12 working days of posting your return then please contact us. Please note during busy periods returns may be delayed via Royal Mail.

I didn't receive a returns form in my parcel?
We are sorry that your freepost returns form was missed when packing your parcel. Please email us at customerservice@cyberjammies.co.uk with your order number and we will email one to you.

What’s your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your Cyberjammies, you have 28 days to return them to us from the day you recieve it, free of charge. To return your order please fill out the freepost returns form included and attatch the freepost address sticker to the front of your parcel. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when returning your order via the Post Office. If a proof of postage is not obtained and your return is lost then we cannot process your refund. We will only accept returns that have been unworn, with all labels still attached. When trying on items please avoid make up/creams coming into contact with them & try pyjama bottoms on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Can I return outside of the UK?
Please note at this time we do not offer a freepost return service for any orders delivered outside of the UK. If you require a refund and you live outside of the UK please contact customerservice@cyberjammies.co.uk and you will be assisted further.

Can I return my item bought from another store?
No. You cannot return any Cyberjammies items purchased from another store. Whether that be online or in store. If you wish to return your item or your item is faulty please return it to the same store you purchased it from within their returns policy window and they will be able to assist you further.

Can I return a gift?
Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in. Please follow the same procedure for a return as above using the freepost returns label enclosed within the packaging. Please note if you do return items received as a gift then the full amount will be refunded to the original payment card, not to the recipient of the gift. If you do not have the original returns form then please contact us with the original order name and number and we can assist you further.
Delivery

Do you ship to Europe?
No. Due to Brexit we are still experiencing ongoing shipping issues into Europe. We endeavour to have this up and running again as soon as we can. In the meantime we would reccomend purchasing Cyberjammies nightwear through Zalando in Europe.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. We can ship to most addresses outside of Europe. This service is sent via FEDEX.

Can I purchase Next Day Delivery?
No. We do not currently offer next day delivery. Our parcels take between 2-3 days to arrive via Royal Mail, EvRi & DPD.

Can I change my delivery address?
You are unable to change your delivery address on an order that is being processed, we would reccomend cancelling your order and placing a new order if you have entered the wrong address. You are able to change your address for all future orders by heading to your account on the top right of your screen.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you are ordering from the UK and have chosen either Royal Mail, EvRi or DPD then your order should only take between 2-3 working days to reach you. Please allow extra time in busy periods. If you are ordering from outside of Europe then your order will take between 7-10 working days to arrive.

How do I use my giftcard to pay for an order?
It's super easy! You will have received your gift voucher via email, in this email there will be a link to redeem your voucher, simply click on the link and this will automatically apply the gift voucher to your basket so you can go ahead and shop as normal. Alternatively, you may wish to enter the voucher's unique code which you can find on your gift voucher under 'code' or written in bold on your email. Simply put this code into the promotion box on the basket page before checking out. This will apply the gift voucher to your order.

How to I purchase a gift card?
Our Cyberjammies gift voucher is available to spend online via an instant e-gift voucher which you're able to send straight to the recipients inbox or print off and hand deliver. Just select the value you want and check out, it's that simple! Please understand all Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

How can I use a discount code with you?

How do I look after my pyjamas?
Cyberjammies have been designed to be very durable and stand the test of time. This is what we would reccomend to keep them looking as good as new in years to come: Always wash at 30 degrees, inside out. Do not soak the pyjamas and always wash dark or bold colours separately. Do not tumble dry as this can cause shrinkage and unecessary wear and tear, hang to air dry. Iron the nightwear inside out and do not iron the trims.

Where is the country of manufacture?
Our country of manufacture is India. We own two factories, one in Bilimora and another in Navsari. Both located in the state of Gujarat, several hours north of Mumbai.
