Do we offer gift cards?
Can I have a gift receipt?
We do not offer gift receipts, however with our returns process the receiver of your gift can click on 'Start a Gift Return' and following instructions on how to return order back to us.
Can I change or amend my order?
Our warehouse team look forward to receiving your order and will immediately prepare it once it has been processed. Therefore, once your order is confirmed, this cannot be cancelled or amended. Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your order before completing your purchase and check all sizing and address details are correct. You can always return the incorrect goods to us and you can place a new order for the correct item/s.

My order was faulty
We are very disappointed on the rare occasion that one of our customers has recieved a faulty item. Please send a photo of the item's fault including your order number to email@example.com or call us on 0800 1699755. In the event that an item is faulty we will always rectify this.

How do I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your Cyberjammies purchase, you have 28 days from the day you receive it to return it to us, using the returns portal link on our Returns & Refunds page - https://cyberjammies.com/pages/refunds-returns
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to get back to us. You will be informed once your refund has been processed. Please note that a refund can take up to 2 working days to appear into your account.
How do I know my refund is being processed?
You will receive an automated email notification letting you know that this has been received back our warehouse and is being processed.

Can I return my item bought from another store?
No. You cannot return any Cyberjammies items purchased from another store. Whether that be online or in store. If you wish to return your item or your item is faulty please return it to the same store you purchased it from within their returns policy window and they will be able to assist you further.
Can I return a gift?
Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page. If you’re returning a gift and don’t want the gifter to be notified you can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps here to exchange your gift. Do you ship worldwide?

Can I purchase UK Next Day Delivery?
No. We do not currently offer next day delivery. Our parcels take between 2-3 days to arrive via Royal Mail, EvRi, Yodel & DPD.

How do I use my giftcard to pay for an order?
It's super easy! You will have received your gift voucher via email, in this email there will be a link to redeem your voucher, simply click on the link and this will automatically apply the gift voucher to your basket so you can go ahead and shop as normal. Alternatively, you may wish to enter the voucher's unique code which you can find on your gift voucher under 'code' or written in bold on your email. Simply put this code into the promotion box on the basket page before checking out. This will apply the gift voucher to your order.

How to I purchase a gift card?
Our Cyberjammies gift voucher is available to spend online via an instant e-gift voucher which you're able to send straight to the recipients inbox or print off and hand deliver. Just search for the product online and the value of the gift card you wish to purchase and then check out, it's that simple! Please understand all Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Do you offer NHS discount?

How can I use a discount code with you?

How do I look after my pyjamas?
Cyberjammies have been designed to be very durable and stand the test of time. This is what we would recommend to keep them looking as good as new in years to come: Always wash at 30 degrees, inside out. Do not soak the pyjamas and always wash dark or bold colours separately. Iron the nightwear inside out and do not iron the trims.

Where is the country of manufacture?
Our country of manufacture is India. We own two factories, one in Bilimora and another in Navsari. Both located in the state of Gujarat, several hours north of Mumbai.
