Unsere Cyberjammies-Nachtwäsche wird mit Sorgfalt und Integrität in Indien hergestellt, wo wir zwei Fabriken besitzen – eine in Bilimora und eine weitere in Navsari, Gujarat, nördlich von Mumbai. Wir betreiben diese Anlagen seit über 20 Jahren und beschäftigen insgesamt 367 Mitarbeiter, davon 138 Männer und 229 Frauen. Um eine faire Behandlung zu gewährleisten, erhalten unsere Arbeiter mindestens 60 % über dem Mindestlohn liegende Vergütungen und genießen zusätzliche Leistungen wie Rentenunterstützung, jährliche Diwali-Boni und eine Krankenversicherung für sie selbst und drei Angehörige. Um ethische Standards einzuhalten, werden beide Fabriken jährlichen Sedex-Audits unterzogen. Das letzte im Januar 2023 bestätigte sichere Arbeitsbedingungen, freiwillige Überstunden und positive Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.

Responsible Packaging
We continually review our packaging materials and work closely with trusted partners to maximise recyclability, reduce waste and source more sustainable solutions wherever possible. Every packaging component included with when you order from our website can be recycled through normal household recycling collections, making it easy for our customers to dispose of packaging responsibly. You’ll notice we have removed printed dispatch notes and returns forms when you order from our website, replacing them with digital communications and our online returns portal to help reduce unnecessary paper consumption.

Recycling Our Packaging
Every element of the packaging included with our website orders can be recycled through normal household recycling collections. The swing ticket, swing ticket string, tissue paper, gift box and delivery box are all made from either paper or cardboard and can be recycled with household paper and card. (Please place each item in the appropriate household recycling container in accordance with your local collection arrangements.)

Reducing Paper Waste
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we no longer include a printed dispatch note when you order from our website. This helps to reduce paper consumption while simplifying the ordering experience for our customers. Order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates are provided electronically, reducing the amount of printed material included with every parcel. Should you wish to return an item, there is no need for a printed returns form. Returns can be quickly and easily initiated through the online returns portal available on our website, allowing you to create your return electronically and helping us further reduce unnecessary paper waste.
