  • Our Commitment

    At Cyberjammies, we believe that beautiful nightwear should be delivered with the same care and consideration for the environment as the garments themselves. When you order from www.cyberjammies.com we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our packaging and operations while maintaining the premium quality, presentation and customer experience our customers expect. This section provides information about our packaging materials, how to recycle them, our environmental commitments and our compliance with European packaging legislation.

  • Responsible Packaging

    We continually review our packaging materials and work closely with trusted partners to maximise recyclability, reduce waste and source more sustainable solutions wherever possible. Every packaging component included with when you order from our website can be recycled through normal household recycling collections, making it easy for our customers to dispose of packaging responsibly. You’ll notice we have removed printed dispatch notes and returns forms when you order from our website, replacing them with digital communications and our online returns portal to help reduce unnecessary paper consumption.

  • Recycling Our Packaging

    Every element of the packaging included with our website orders can be recycled through normal household recycling collections. The swing ticket, swing ticket string, tissue paper, gift box and delivery box are all made from either paper or cardboard and can be recycled with household paper and card. (Please place each item in the appropriate household recycling container in accordance with your local collection arrangements.)

    Our packaging is developed in partnership with Nilorn, a global specialist in sustainable brand identification and packaging solutions. Working closely with Nilorn enables us to source high-quality packaging materials that support our commitment to responsible sourcing, product quality and sustainability, while continually seeking opportunities to reduce environmental impact.

  • Reducing Paper Waste

    As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we no longer include a printed dispatch note when you order from our website. This helps to reduce paper consumption while simplifying the ordering experience for our customers. Order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates are provided electronically, reducing the amount of printed material included with every parcel. Should you wish to return an item, there is no need for a printed returns form. Returns can be quickly and easily initiated through the online returns portal available on our website, allowing you to create your return electronically and helping us further reduce unnecessary paper waste. By embracing digital solutions where appropriate, we continue to reduce our environmental impact while maintaining the high level of service our customers expect.

  • French Packaging Compliance

    As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, Cebon Apparel Private Limited complies with the French Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations for packaging. Our packaging is registered through an approved Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO), supporting the collection, sorting and recycling of household packaging placed on the French market.   • Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement

    Sustainability is an ongoing journey. We continually review our packaging, suppliers and materials to identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve recyclability and support the transition towards a more circular economy. As European environmental legislation continues to evolve, including future Digital Product Passport requirements for textiles, we will continue to enhance the information available to our customers and ensure our products and packaging meet the highest possible standards.   • Our sustainability efforts extend beyond fair labor. One of our factories runs on solar energy, with plans to expand this in our second facility, and we’ve implemented a water treatment system to reduce pollution. We strive to eliminate plastic from our supply chain and use biodegradable packaging whenever possible. By partnering with suppliers like Morargee, we utilise sustainable fabrics such as BCI Cotton/Modal blends, which offer a soft, durable feel while minimising environmental impact.

  • How many people do you employ in each factory?

    179 in Bilimora, 188 in Navsari. In total, 138 men and 229 women.

  • How do you ensure fair wages and working conditions for your employees?

    We prioritize fair treatment, compensating our workers at least 60% above the minimum wage. Employees receive additional benefits, such as pension contributions, annual Diwali bonuses, and medical insurance for themselves and three dependents. To maintain these standards, our factories undergo annual audits by Sedex, a global organisation committed to ethical working conditions.
