Our Employees
Together they employ 367 people (138 men, 229 women), all compensated at least 60% above minimum wage with pension support, annual Diwali bonuses, and medical insurance covering themselves and three dependents. Both factories undergo annual Sedex audits - most recently in January 2026 - confirming safe working conditions, voluntary overtime, and strong worker satisfaction.
Family Owned Factories
We've owned and operated our factories for over 20 years - in Bilimora and Navsari, Gujarat, near Mumbai. One factory runs on solar energy, and we've added a water treatment system to cut pollution. We aim to eliminate plastic from our supply chain and use biodegradable packaging where possible. Partnering with suppliers like Morargee, we use sustainable fabrics such as BCI Cotton/Modal blends, offering a soft, durable feel with less environmental impact.

We carefully select our raw material and accessory suppliers, focusing not only on fabric quality but also on their working conditions and environmental practices. Major partners like Mataflal Industries and Morargee Textiles share our commitment to ethical production, verified through regular audits and adherence to our Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) standards.

At Cyberjammies, we believe beautiful nightwear deserves packaging that's just as thoughtfully considered. When you order from this website we're committed to reducing our environmental impact while maintaining the premium quality and experience you expect. Below you'll find details on our packaging materials, how to recycle them, and our compliance with European packaging legislation.
Sustainability is an ongoing journey. We regularly review our packaging, suppliers and materials to reduce waste, improve recyclability and support a more circular economy - including preparing for upcoming requirements like the Digital Product Passport for textiles. If you have any questions about our packaging or environmental commitments, please contact our Customer Services team via our help centre.
We continually review our packaging materials and work closely with trusted partners to maximise recyclability, reduce waste and source more sustainable solutions wherever possible. Every packaging component included with when you order from our website can be recycled through normal household recycling collections, making it easy for our customers to dispose of packaging responsibly. You’ll notice we have removed printed dispatch notes and returns forms when you order from our website, replacing them with digital communications and our online returns portal to help reduce unnecessary paper consumption.
Every element of the packaging included with our website orders can be recycled through normal household recycling collections. The swing ticket, swing ticket string, tissue paper, gift box and delivery box are all made from either paper or cardboard and can be recycled with household paper and card. (Please place each item in the appropriate household recycling container in accordance with your local collection arrangements.)
Our packaging is developed in partnership with Nilorn, a global specialist in sustainable brand identification and packaging solutions. Working closely with Nilorn enables us to source high-quality packaging materials that support our commitment to responsible sourcing, product quality and sustainability, while continually seeking opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we no longer include a printed dispatch note when you order from our website. This helps to reduce paper consumption while simplifying the ordering experience for our customers. Order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates are provided electronically, reducing the amount of printed material included with every parcel. Should you wish to return an item, there is no need for a printed returns form. Returns can be quickly and easily initiated through the online returns portal available on our website, allowing you to create your return electronically and helping us further reduce unnecessary paper waste. As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, Cebon Apparel Private Limited complies with the French Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations for packaging. Our packaging is registered through an approved Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO), supporting the collection, sorting and recycling of household packaging placed on the French market.
