Our Cyberjammies nightwear is crafted with care and integrity in India, where we own two factories—one in Bilimora and another in Navsari, Gujarat, just north of Mumbai. We've operated these facilities for over 20 years and employ 367 people in total, with a workforce of 138 men and 229 women. Ensuring fair treatment, our workers are compensated at least 60% above the minimum wage and enjoy added benefits like pension support, annual Diwali bonuses, and medical insurance covering themselves and three dependents. To maintain ethical standards, both factories undergo annual Sedex audits, with the most recent in January 2023 confirming safe working conditions, voluntary overtime, and positive worker satisfaction.
Ethics & Sustainability
At Cyberjammies, our commitment to ethics and sustainability goes hand-in-hand with creating nightwear that combines comfort, quality, and care for both people and the planet. From the way we treat our workers to the materials and processes we choose, every step of our production reflects our dedication to making a positive impact. We believe that luxury nightwear should not only feel good but also do good, and we're proud to uphold these values across our entire supply chain. Here's how we ensure every pair of pajamas we create reflects our promise of responsibility, quality, and thoughtful design.

We carefully select our raw material and accessory suppliers, focusing not only on fabric quality but also on their working conditions and environmental practices. Major partners like Mataflal Industries and Morargee Textiles share our commitment to ethical production, verified through regular audits and adherence to our Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) standards.

Our sustainability efforts extend beyond fair labor. One of our factories runs on solar energy, with plans to expand this in our second facility, and we’ve implemented a water treatment system to reduce pollution. We strive to eliminate plastic from our supply chain and use biodegradable packaging whenever possible. By partnering with suppliers like Morargee, we utilize sustainable fabrics such as BCI Cotton/Modal blends, which offer a soft, durable feel while minimizing environmental impact.

We aim to balance premium, long-lasting nightwear with responsible practices. Our commitment to reducing environmental impact and enhancing worker well-being is ongoing, and we are continuously seeking improvements in every aspect of our production.
