Here’s what you need:

● 2 tsp pumpkin purée
● ½ tsp of vanilla extract
● pinch of ground cinnamon or use pumpkin spice (plus a little extra to dust)
● pinch of ground ginger
● pinch of ground nutmeg
● 30ml espresso (or your choice of coffee)
● 250ml milk (of your choice)

Here’s how to make it:

Start by pouring the milk and vanilla extract into a saucepan and heating over a low heat until it starts to steam. Meanwhile, put the pumpkin purée into a jug and stir in the spices and espresso. Next pour the milk into the jug and stir together. Pour the latte liquid into a mug and spoon over any milk froth and finish by dusting with cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
