Using herbs for a great night's sleep
Struggling to drift off to sleep and need a little help?
We hear lots about herbs that can help us get a better night’s sleep but how do
you choose and which one’s work and in what form?
Here’s our round up of some of our favourite products that use top sleep
inducing herbs:
Valerian Tea – Valerian helps to relax the nervous system and encourages

Ashwagandha capsules - Ashwagandha has been used for 3000 years in
Ayurvedic medicine and is believed to reduce stress and therefore sleep

Pillow Sprays - Pillow sprays are great to use at bedtime and if you struggle to
get off to sleep can help you drift off. We love:
Lavender oil - Lavender is one of the most common herbs associated with
improving sleep problems. We love using it as an oil, either directly onto the
skin or mixed with a base oil. Try rubbing a little into your palms at bedtime or
even onto the soles of your feet. We love:
Chamomile Tea – Like lavender, chamomile is an age-old remedy for improving
sleep. It has a calming effect on the mind and body thanks and contains an
antioxidant called Apigenin which helps to induce sleep. Chamomile tea is
